Most Saturdays, if I wanted/needed some groceries, I’d get off my backside and cycle or drive to fetch ‘em. Or even walk to one of the two corner shops within distance.

However, occasionally, a massive storm better enjoyed from inside than outside, and the end of a long week, coincide. So what to do if you’re hungry?

Well, I decided to indugle my laziness and give Tesco Whoosh a try. And despite the warning about the storm maybe delaying things:

Order placed - 16:56

Order arrived - 17:25 (correct and complete)

Delivery charge comparable to a normal delivery order, and dinner is served! Very useful on those rare occasions when you can’t or don’t want to venture out.

(I’m not sponsored by Tesco. Other supermarkets are available.)
